AccountingAlly, LLC (“AccountingAlly”, “us” or “we”) privacy policies explain what information may become available to us, how we would use that information, and the security around your information, in order to be as transparent as possible.

When you contact AccountingAlly, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.

We use information collected from cookies and other technologies, to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. For example, by saving your language preferences, we could have our services appear in the language you prefer.

We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.

AccountingAlly does not share personally identifiable information with any other party, other than the administrator of your account, unless we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of information is reasonably necessary to:

• meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
• enforce applicable User Terms and Acceptable Use, including investigation of potential violations.
• detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
• protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of AccountingAlly, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information regarding our services, publicly and with partners such as publishers, our distributors or connected sites. For example, we may share non-personally identifiable information publicly to show trends or use of our services.

AccountingAlly utilizes third party service providers which may store your personal information on servers which may be in many countries around the world. Your personal information may be processed on a server located outside the country where you live, however we believe that users examining the information security of our service providers will find that they have a very high level of protection for sensitive data.

In addition to any use limitations or other restrictions contained within our website and Accounting Service Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that your account may be subject to limitations on storage and/or the quantity, size and format of the data or other Content permitted for upload and process. AccountingAlly.com reserves the right to change such limitations from time to time, and the changes will be effective when posted on the AccountingAlly.com website or when we notify you by other means. You agree and acknowledge that AccountingAlly.com is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of the services offered on the AccountingAlly.com website. AccountingAlly.com reserves the right to deny plans and pricing offered on the AccountingAlly.com website if AccountingAlly.com staff determine the services required by the Client will be unduly burdensome or AccountingAlly.com will be unable to process the Client’s needs because of the size of the company and/or volume of work required. Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge that it is within AccountingAlly.com’s sole discretion to enter into an agreement and no formal relationship is formed until such time as a duly executed “Accounting Services Agreement” is completed.

Compliance with Rules for Affiliated Sites

AccountingAlly.com maintains relationships with numerous providers to enable us to provide the services offered including Xero, Bill.com, ADP, Intuit, Workflow Max, Gusto, Accelo and HubDoc. When as a client, you use the external sites; you are subject to the privacy and security policies of the owners/sponsors of the external websites. AccountingAlly.com: Does not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness or completeness of information contained on a linked website. Does not endorse the organizations sponsoring linked websites or the views they express or the products/services they offer. Is not responsible for transmissions users receive from linked websites.

Content

You agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all data and other content AccountingAlly.com uploads and utilizes. AccountingAlly.com does not control the data beyond processing the information provided by you and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of the information you provide. AccountingAlly.com has no obligation to monitor such data or Content for any purpose to ensure its accuracy. You are legally responsible for all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (“Content”) uploaded, posted or stored through your use of the AccountingAlly.com site and sites for which AccountingAlly.com has a relationship including Xero, Bill.com, ADP, Intuit, Workflow Max and Box.com.

Legality of Use

You agree not use AccountingAlly.com or any of the programs from our affiliated sites for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, federal or international law. You are encouraged to archive your Content regularly and frequently. You agree that you will not use the Software to share, store, or in any way distribute financial data that is not in accordance with the law. Any users suspected of having information which involves fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, insider trading, support for terrorism, or any other activity proscribed by law may have their accounts terminated, their financial data erased, and may be reported to law enforcement officials in the appropriate jurisdictions.

You also understand that AccountingAlly.com will comply with law enforcement, legal and judicial subpoenas compelling the production

You acknowledge and agree that AccountingAlly.com may contain proprietary and confidential information including trademarks, service marks and patents protected by intellectual property laws and international intellectual property treaties. AccountingAlly.com authorizes you to view and make a single copy of portions of its content for offline, personal, non-commercial use. Our content may not be sold, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. Any third-party trademarks, service marks and logos are the property of their respective owners. Any further rights not specifically granted herein are reserved.

Cancellation 

Upon cancellation, you will be able to access the AccountingAlly.com services, data and other Content only through the end of the subscription term. After the subscription term ends, you will not have any access to the AccountingAlly.com services, data and other Content you uploaded to our sites or we used performing services on your behalf. There are no refunds upon cancellation.
